Steve Mann

Steve Mann is a widely published outdoor and technology writer and photographer.  He has written nearly 200 published articles on outdoor gear, computer technology, and travel destinations.  As a native of Utah, he has spent many years exploring Utah’s backcountry doing environmental impact statements, archeological surveys, and botanical investigations.  Mann received a BA in Behavioral Sciences, with emphasis in Anthropology and Archaeology, for Southern Utah University and holds a Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of North Dakota.

Rhett Olson

Rhett Olson is a native of Utah and graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Marketing Communications.  A long-time outdoor enthusiast, Olson has spent years exploring the canyon country of southern Utah.  He was a principle and contributing editor at Gearreview.com and has written several articles for an outdoor trade publication, Outfitter Magazine.  Currently he spends his weekdays behind a desk as a software program manager and his weekends in the local mountains.
